Weighted average formula
Multiply every value by its corresponding positive weight, add the products and divide by the sum of the weights. This tool performs a numeric weighted mean and does not convert the output into any particular GPA or degree classification.
Example: values of 80, 90 and 75 with respective weights of 20, 30 and 10 give a weighted total of 5,050 divided by 60, or about 84.167.
