Who operates this website and how to contact us
Toolenox AI is an independent collection of free online utilities operated by an individual in Italy. For personal data enquiries or requests to exercise GDPR rights, contact toolenox.ai@gmail.com. You do not need an account to use the calculators.
Data processed and how calculators work
Calculations generally take place in your browser using the numbers or text you enter. Toolenox AI does not run an application server that receives the input values or results to carry out those calculations. Visiting the site nevertheless creates ordinary technical requests needed to deliver its pages.
The site is hosted by Netlify. To deliver and protect website resources, Netlify may process technical information such as your IP address, request time, requested resource, and browser and device information. Read Netlify's privacy notice for more information.
Purposes and legal bases
Technical information needed to access the site supports website delivery, operation and security, including preventing misuse. Where the site operator determines the purposes of such technical processing, the applicable legal basis may be the legitimate interest in providing and securing the service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), balanced against visitors' rights.
If you email us voluntarily, your email address and message are used to respond and deal with the request. Handling requests involving statutory rights and other legal duties may also be necessary for compliance with a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR). Please avoid sending sensitive information unless necessary.
Contact forms and historical submissions
Former contact forms are suspended: the website does not currently provide contact forms, and Netlify form detection is disabled. Communications submitted through forms on earlier versions may have been handled by the providers used at the time. You may contact the email address above to ask about such messages or request deletion where applicable.
Cookies, analytics and Google AdSense
The site does not currently load Google Analytics scripts, display Google AdSense ads, or use advertising pixels. A technical Google AdSense account verification meta tag is present; the tag alone does not serve advertisements or set advertising cookies. Technologies strictly necessary for website delivery and security may still be used by the hosting provider.
If Google AdSense advertising is enabled, Google and other advertising vendors may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads, including ads based on past visits to this and other websites. Google's advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to personalize ads based on those visits. Visitors can manage personalized advertising through Google's ad preferences and explore additional choices at aboutads.info. Before non-essential advertising technologies are activated, the applicable disclosures and consent choices will be provided through a consent management system for the relevant regions; participating vendors will be listed within that system.
Providers, retention and international transfers
We use Netlify to host the website and Gmail (Google) to receive correspondence sent to the dedicated email address. Providers process information necessary for their respective services according to their roles and contractual terms. Their infrastructure may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Information about providers' practices and applicable safeguards can be found in the Netlify and Google privacy notices.
Technical information is retained according to the hosting service's characteristics and retention practices; specific access-log periods depend on the provider's applicable terms. Emails are retained as needed to handle enquiries and applicable legal obligations, then deleted according to the relevant retention criteria.
Your rights and complaints
Where applicable under GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests.
